Our super fun and rigorous daily camp schedule is perfect for the dedicated musical theater kid. Under the instruction of T.A.P. coaches and guest instructors/industry professionals, students will play theater games, receive classes in various areas of study (Acting, Dance, Voice), enjoy specialty workshops, and participate in company rehearsals. Campers will audition and rehearse their fully designed production of JUN.E B. JONES THE MUSICAL JR.

The Union County Board of County Commissioners once again collaborates with the Union County Performing Arts Center & Theatrical Artist's Prep in crafting fresh avenues for students with a passion for theater to refine their skills and relish the immersive experience of a summer theater production. Their commitment to supporting youth activities in the arts is deeply rooted in the belief that it not only enriches personal growth but also contributes significantly to Union County's evolution as a community with a diverse economy. This theater initiative is brought to fruition for the second year thanks to the Office of Open Space and Recreation & Historic Preservation Trust Fund.

The application deadline is Friday, April 19, 2024. The scholarships cover all costs including full tuition for the conservatory and performances, equivalent to $1,500.00.
